History in the making

Anyone looking for a real taste of North Louisiana should check out the Homer-Haynesville high school football game on Friday. It's the oldest series in North Louisiana, and the two schools do NOT like each other.
There will be good football, bands, should be somewhere nice to get a small town meal. Get there early, but the kickoff is 7:30.
Have fun.

What does North Louisiana normally taste like? Will the restaurants be open in Haynesville when you get there?

No probably not but they will be in Homer. We have a great "Niki's" now and it is right on the way. Besides it will be nicer eating in the town that will be winning. Brian is absolutely right--we don't like each other.

North Louisiana tastes like whatever John Fourcade tells you it tastes like.
