Normally I would agree with you, but Nutt is using a University paid phone for calls and text messages that have nothing to do with his football team. Over 1000 text messages to a woman who is not his wife in a two month period? If he's using it for recruits and legitimate business I'm all for it. And if it's not a big deal than why are Houston's personal lawyers writing six page letters to explain his actions? I am not an Arkansas fan or hater. Just an interested observer in the mess known as the U of Arkansas.
