Teams we want to see lose in the NCAA Tournament

The NCAA Tournament is as much about pulling against teams as it is for teams.

So here are the teams I want to see lose:

Duke. In the immortal words of UConn coach Jim Calhoun, "Duke is Duke. They're on TV more than Leave it to Beaver.'' Maybe this show will get canceled early this year.

Gonzaga. Tired of them. It was a nice run.

Texas. The thought of Texas holding the college baseball, football and men's basketball titles all at the same time is enough to make one sick.

Anyone from the Missouri Valley Conference. See Gonzaga.

I second the Duke pick. You can't watch ESPN from November-March without seeing some Blue Devils mug all over the network's programming.

It's time for Lute Olson to go at Arizona. But he's becoming Bobby Bowden more each day. He kicked Chris Rodgers off the team and reinstated him 3 weeks later because his team was struggling. Time to go Lute.

Indiana's late push helped the Hoosiers make a mockery of the NCAA selection committee. They extended Mike Davis' career for one more game. Here's hoping that's all it's extended by.

Finally, Texas A&M and LSU. Just for personal reasons.

As much as I can't stand Notre Dame in football, I loathe Duke even more in basketball.
Actually, I think it's the same team in some metaphysical way.
I despised Irish kicker Reggie Ho when he booted a gazillion field goals against my beloved Michigan in 1988 and I absolutely hated Duke since Christian Laettner sneered at the Wolverines in the 1992 national title game.
Laettner was the ultimate villain. This is the guy who stepped on a Kentucky player after being fouled. And yet, the funny thing is I think that same game - the 1992 Duke-Kentucky game - is the best finish I ever seen in a basketball game -- and Laettner hit the game-winning shot!
I know. I've got a lot of issues tearing at the very fiber of my being.

Oh, and I can't stand the following teams...
1) Ohio State. There are cesspools in this great land of ours, and Ohio is one giant sewer. Seriously. Drive through it some time and see if you find one redeeming quality about it. And Ohio State fans are the absolute worst fans in the country...
2) No one else. Duke and Ohio State.

FIRST THINGS FIRST
Duke will win the NCAA Tournament. It's funny how folks hate teams that succeed HONESTLY. What Coach K has done at Duke is utterly amazing. The guy never gets in trouble yet has teams that contend every single year.
This isn't pro sports where you literally can buy the best and Duke U and Coach K have avoided even a sniff of scandal.
So anyway, if they win, congrats to them. There are other teams I'd like to see win it, but Duke is who I think will cut down the nets.
Now to the teams I want to see lose:
THE YANKEES -- See explaination of pro sports above.
George Mason -- Hofstra should have received this spot (beat GM twice this season).
Gonzaga -- Cinderalla has worn out her welcome. A glorified 6-8 seed.
LSU -- ahh no good reason here except I'm still bitter about the Peach Bowl. OK, different sport, but dang I want the Tigers fans to feel pain. lol.
La. Tech -- Someone actually said they should be in the tournament over the fourth-place team in the ACC? Ummm... please lose early in the NIT. The Bulldogs wouldn't win 4 games in the ACC.
UCONN -- It's too cold there.
FLORIDA -- What's Yannick Noah doing playing college basketball????
